3. User Account

4.3 Order Cancellation and Modifications
· Standard Products: Orders can be canceled before production begins. Once production starts, cancellation is not permitted, but returns/exchanges may apply (subject to Section 7).
· Customized Products: Due to the unique nature of bespoke items, orders cannot be canceled or modified after design confirmation and production initiation.
5. Shipping and Delivery

· Customized Products: Due to their unique nature, returns/exchanges are only accepted for defective items. Non-defective customized goods cannot be returned.

· Return shipping costs: Covered by Us for defective items; borne by You for non-defective returns (e.g., size issues).
